Attaque cardiaque

Cardiac Rehabilitation, or “Cardiac Rehab”, is a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to the prevention, stabilization and possible reversal of cardiovascular disease. It is not only for people who are at high risk, or have had, a heart attack; patients who have undergone valve replacement, stent insertion, or bypass surgery also qualify. Members of the care team typically include physiotherapists, kinesiologists, social workers, nutritionists, nurses, physicians, and psychiatrists.
